Cancellation Policy
Notice Period: l require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments, this allows me time to offer the time slot to other clients.
Late cancellations: cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
